I am ending up having some medical appointments and procedures that are getting in the way of exercise this week. I expect a walk tomorrow afternoon and maybe more throughout the weekend. Hope all are moving-it this week.

Last week I was 225 over, but due to snow I am still going to keep my goal at 400 for week 3
Sunday: walking 60 minutes, wii fit, 45 minutes but since I only sweated a little I am calling it 15

Well I was barred from exercise on Friday and came down with the 24 hour flue on Saturday but am back to finish of the week with a start back into my exercise schedule.
