    my goal for january is 500 miles, i am looking to complete 6000 miles for this year...good luck all

    1-1: 5 miles (2 stairmaster, 3 treadmill). + raquetball.
    1-2: 2 miles sloshing through the snow & cold outdoors. +raquetball.
    1-3: 6.25 miles (5 jog/walk intervals on treadmill, 1.25 swim)
    1-4: 3.8 miles on treadmill.....3 of these were jogging. + racquetball
    1-5: 5 miles 3.0 walk on treadmill. All i could do on sore muscles today
    1-6: .75 mile swim. + raquetball
    1-7: 7.25 miles (3 stairmaster, 3 treadmill walk, 1.25 swim)
    1-8: 7.75 miles (3 stairmaster, 2.5 eliptical, 1 treadmill, 1.25 swim)
    1-9 rest
    1-10 4.85 miles (3.6 treadmill...3 of these jogging + 1.25 swim)
    1-11 rest
    1-12 6.7 miles (1 elliptical, 1.7 stairmaster. 3 treadmill walk, 1 swim)
    1-13 rest ............wow i must be really tired...NOT
    1-14 3.1 miles (fantastic frigid 5k)
    1-15 3.5 miles (3 treadmill walk, .5 swim- ok now i'm tired, sore and hurtin')
    1-16 1 mile swim (+ racquetball)


    Total to date: 56.95 miles...i will not make my goal this month but the raquetball is fun:smile:

    Hey guys! I've lost some weight slowly just by eating right since last year, with a year off from exercise I'm back to Zumba Fitness 3 times a week and then yoga 2 times a week (yoga in my home, Zumba with an instructor). I need to lose 10-12 more lbs to be in my ideal body weight which is 130 lbs. After I get to that weight I only want my body to tone up and the less cellulite the better, just being realistic.
    I've heard that drinking honey and cinnamon tea (no added sugar) 1/2 hour before breakfast and dinner can help you burn fat naturally, is this true?

    I use to LOVE raquetball!!! I was very competitive and it was REAL hard on my back, plus I was alot younger too!:wink:

    In for my 3rd month. I do Leslie Sansone walking programs (I choose from 5 different discs) and follow up with exercises to get a good burn (Choose from: The Firm Girls...3 discs/ Biggest Loser programs....3 discs/Jillian Michaels ..4 discs/ 5 generic discs ).

    Back on track... been busy shoveling snow for the last days... I'm sure I walked about 5 miles just for shoveling, too bad I wasn't wearing my pedometer :wink:
