    I just realized that in order to reach my goal I need almost 3.5 miles per day everyday for the next 8 days... I do not think I am going to make it.

    1-2: 2 miles sloshing through the snow & cold outdoors. +raquetball.
    1-3: 6.25 miles (5 jog/walk intervals on treadmill, 1.25 swim)

    Woo Hoo 18 miles today!!!!!

    The 18 Miles that I did on Sunday 1-22-12 aren't shown on the spreadsheet. My Tickerfactory didn't update for some reason. My total miles as of 1-22 should be 142.5

    For Jan 23rd (Monday) I completed 14.5 miles so the current miles completed should be 157 Miles :drinker:
