Back again this month. Hopefully this will be better.
Goals -
Swim - 3 miles
Bike - 56 miles (when using the indoor trainer assuming a speed of 14mph) (changed to 56 after someone else mentioned it is HIM distance, good idea)
Run - 55 miles.
12/01/02 - HIIT intervals on bike, total 5 miles.

I'm back!
My targets for this month is same as the last, i fell short, although not by much last month; completely blame myself for it, but i did enjoy the holidays
Anyway, Holiday done! Now to the real stuff!

Swim 10 miles (Way less than January last year (30+) but I haven't swam in some months.)
Bike more than 180 miles (30 more than December)
Walk/Run at least 26.2 miles (about double December)
Tomorrow is a travel day (700 miles) so I'll probably only get to walk 10 minutes each time we stop for gasoline...

wouldn't you know it that the cardio area at the YMCA is DOWN for 3 whole days!!!!! No access to the bike, ugh! so I had to RUN around the gym.....so if any one needs to know it takes 20 (yes, that's TWENTY) labs around a basketball court to make 1 mile.0 -

Run: 75 miles (81 miles on my training plan but realistically know I'll get sick and miss a run or two)

I'm going to use this to track how I am going against some very good targets.
Will use the targets above to aim for and see how far short I fall. Doubt I will make all targets as I have only been on and off the gym for the last couple of months with injury/time constraints but hope to get more regular starting now

Half Ironman
IM - Ironman
HM would be Half marathon.
And I feel your pain about running at the Y, I've been there and done that. That is why I love my new gym, never ever have to wait for a treadmill.
I finally set up my bike trainer in the basement and logged a half hour. I will wait to update my totals until later. I have a 5 mile run scheduled but there is some heavy snow out, so I may swim instead.0 -
1-4 3.8 miles....3 of this was jogging:bigsmile: *huge for me*. (hope i can walk tomorrow). + raquetball.
