Slow start to the month, but I FINALLY made it to the gym today--Walking 1 mile; Ergonometer 3 miles

* Running/ Walking 30 miles @ ~5 mph (+- 6 hours)
* Biking 84 miles @ 14 mph (+- 6 hours)

I would like to do the 140.4 miles as a total as i am likely to swim it more than anything, but it will get me off my backside to do some cycling and running (well in my case at the moment, slow jogging/walking!)

134.9 miles to go - heck that works out at 5 mile per day, might be a tough one, but will give it a go, need to get the bike out this weekend i think!!!0 -

Did a trail run this morning. My pace was horrid, but that's not trail running is about. I'm freaking jacked about a trail race I'm about to sign up for.

Swim 10 miles (Way less than January last year (30+) but I haven't swam in some months.)
Bike more than 180 miles (30 more than December)
Walk/Run at least 26.2 miles (about double December)
So far (1/7)
Swim - 1.31 miles
Bike - 20.89 miles
Walk/Run - 12.70
Amazingly, I'm doing relatively better at walk/run than bike or swim. I'm worried about making the biking goal when it's going to be mostly trainer rides this month... I'll try to bike this afternoon.0 -
