Good Morning cool kids. Back from vacation and time to get back into a regular exercise and eating routine! Maui was wonderful! Truly like a paradise. Loads of fun too!
Will take a bit of time to get caught up with everyone, but will work on that too! Just wanted to say "aloha" to all of you.4 -

We will have to go over your resume and have a vote to see if you make the cut. Just kidding. You are in. Just post away.

Short but strenuous hike on the Appalachian Trail. Snow on the ground made for slippery footing, and there was a bit of freezing rain. But the woods were quiet and the mountains were beautiful. Two hours well spent.
Sounds like a blast. I'm wanting to attempt a thru hike. 2023 looks like my time frame. Unless I win the lottery and/or retire early.0 -

Jimmy Buffet has a song for that.

@larrodarro -- That's one of my dreams as well. We'll probably work on sections until then.

If I were closer I would section hike some of the AT too. I've done some day hikes on the Florida Trail {it's 2 miles from the Larro Ranchero} and plan on overnighters soon. My schedule is a little more flexible {in theory} since Margie retired.2 -

12km on the rower.
I did the math while I was on there to see if I can hit 1 million meters and get a much-coveted free t-shirt from Concept2 before the season ends in May. I'm at 822.6km right now, but I'm away on vacation next week with no rower access. I'll be just short if I don't double-up for the rest of April. So close...3 -

Went up to 188 BPM. AM I DEAD NOW?
Holy cow! That's serious cardio!
I'm finally down to 140lbs. Started in October at, I think, 149, been down, then up a bit, then down a bit and up, its been very slow but I got here! If I can get down two more pounds it would be great, some wiggle room for Christmas and summer beer, but for now I've set MFP to maintenance. Still trying to cut out that second hot chocolate coffee from Tim's mind you!
Glad to see everyone is still moving!
Its a beautiful day here today, went for a short walk with my girls earlier and hoping to go for a longer one later. Still have this darn cold hanging on which now includes a lovely cough.
I'm actually having a lady come over in a few weeks to have a party about essential oils, going to learn some interesting stuff.
@Sdereski and @caramelgyrlk glad you guys are still moving along!
@Beeps2011 nice lifting!
@larrodarro sounds like you are enjoying the hiking. The kids and I hike a lot but not the kind of hard core hiking you are doing.2 -
Quick paddle with a buddy - 3.03 miles; 75 minutes - she was trying out my boards in case she needs to use one on Saturday for our race - her board is pretty unstable in rougher water, and it's looking like it might be a challenging race day weather-wise. Looking at the weather, might be my only day to get the board out this week before my race on Saturday.0

Hiking today. The Berkshires still have a lot of snow on the ground. When we started, it was like walking through mashed potatoes. By the end, as the sun warmed things up, it was more like a slushie.3
