In California, I found a place called Fitness Wave, that does bodyfat and metabolic testing all over Cali. Local dieticians will do it, too. You just have to call around.

Just popping in here to say hi. I'm going to lose 110 lbs - half my body weight! 13 lbs down so far in less than a month.3

Hey kids, hope all is well. Jogging in the sand was interesting to say the least. Hot yoga and hot pilates done. Yes I was in the heat for 2 hours and absolutely loved it. Have a great day kids.3

Ran an easy 3 this morning. I know that it was both "easy" and "3" because I used my new Garmin!3

Yesterday wasn't great - did 15k steps, but counteracted it with several glasses of wine with friends as we planned a joint holiday to Spain! Today has been better - have eaten well so far and just finished my strength routine. Am about to do errands, which will mean 45 minutes of walking. Might pick up a FitBit, as so far I've just been using my phone for fitness tracking.
Well done to everyone who got active today!3 -
Great job @howan - I didn't too so well yesterday either...ate out twice and didn't make the best choices but still got in a good high intensity workout yesterday so hopefully that helped burn off some of those calories but still went over my daily goal limit! Today is much better -- eating good so far and taken two short walks (logged them in) and getting ready to do a weight circuit type class.3

I suspect you are correct. I noticed that it rolled to 3.01 before I hit the stop button, and felt a flicker of annoyance.

Ain't that the truth! But I love having my distance and pace available at a glance and it keeps pace on the treadmill, too!0 -
Easy 3 miles today and P90X3 The Challenge (6/15). The 3rd and final beach race is tomorrow. I'm praying for overcast skies and a nice breeze off the water!1

Hi! Turned 40 this year, would love to join in. Right now most of my activity is biking and boxing classes. Most of my eating is too much.5

One more holiday day and then it is back to normal. I had a good break....I am ready to resume normal. BOOM!2

Got my FitBit! Not even a watch-wearer, so it's going to take some getting used to. Today's main exercise was walking a 1/2 mile uphill to tennis courts - played for an hour (needed 2 breaks!), then walked for another 45 minutes. So, according to the FB, I've done just over 15k steps, climbed the equivalent of 34 floors and burned 1,910 calories. Food has been good today, but am starving and dinner is at least 2 hours away... Willpower, don't fail now! (I think a healthy snack might be in order).4

New kid here... not sure if there is a 50+ group... but since I am in the + side of the 40... I'll hang here for a while. After all, this IS the place where the cool kids are.
