    Friday - 0 - hurt my back
    Saturday - 155 crunches
    Sunday - 0 - reaggravated back problem
    So far 775 crunches done out of 3100.

    did my crunches-- ran 3.2 miles, did some leg lifts, and a bunch of arm-y kinda things with my 2 pound weights-- turning in-- nitey-nite!!!!!!!

    Haven't done them since friday : ( My 5 week old nephew passed away Friday and I've lost a lot of motivation since then... I have been trying to eat healthy and still walking but I need to do the crunches.. I will start tomorrow..

    OH and bloated I am so bloated.. Any ideas..
