So far 775 crunches done out of 3100.0 -
did my crunches-- ran 3.2 miles, did some leg lifts, and a bunch of arm-y kinda things with my 2 pound weights-- turning in-- nitey-nite!!!!!!!0

Haven't done them since friday : ( My 5 week old nephew passed away Friday and I've lost a lot of motivation since then... I have been trying to eat healthy and still walking but I need to do the crunches.. I will start tomorrow..
OH and bloated I am so bloated.. Any ideas..
