    Hi I have 4 kids. Boy 12 boy 10 girl 6 boy 3. I turn 40 at the end of this year. And sort if see that as a goal date for my weight loss. Gained after each baby and never really lost just maintained my new normal.Was on here consistently last year and saw some good success. And then fell off the MFP wagon. Back at it for the past few weeks and again seeing the weight shift and come off. Would be happy to have a few more friends. :-)
