    True story...One time I was doing pec dec flys. When i am concentrating, I tend to fixate on one spot, not really realizing what I am staring at. To my horror, I realized I was staring right at the crotch of the woman on the yes/no machine in the across from me. She was looking at me with a mixture of confusion and humor.
    I almost dropped the weights.

    I dont go to the gym however any time I am out running and people honk the horns at me it makes me feel good LOL it makes me run faster and push harder! Silly yes i know but hey i do like it..

    I just recently started going to the gym for the first time in a few years. I can say thus far I haven't noticed anyone staring at me (and if they were right now it would probably be out of concern I might have a heart attack!) and I haven't even noticed the other people there...other than my gym buddy, and she IS pretty cute. :wink: When I used to go eons ago and was in decent shape, I have no clue if people ever looked/stared. Not that I would have minded because who doesn't like a little appreciation? I just didn't notice because I tend to be in my own little world most of the time. I never had a tendency then to stare at anyone either, probably because I would have been moritifed to be caught staring.
