Spray them with PAM and then bake them individually in a cupcake pan. After they are baked off filled with your favorite toppings. You can make mini tostadas, mini Ceasar salads, or you can make them into a dessert by filling them with sugar free pudding mixed with low-fat cool whip, strawberry shortcakes, minus the cake. Be creative and go for it!!!

I make crab rangoon, and they are so tasty! Adjust quantities to your own taste. This recipe will make enough for an entire package of wonton wrappers.

1 pkg. Philadelphia low fat cream cheese
10 oz crab claw meat or imitation, shredded
2 -3 scallions, green parts only, very finely chopped

Mix ingredients, then spoon into wonton wrappers. Fold on the diagonal, and seal with a bit of water. Spray both sides with non-stick spray, then bake @ 350 until puffy and light golden brown. Serve with sweet & sour sauce. Delicious as an appetizer, or with soup for a meal.

YUM! That sounds great! Thanks for posting. :)

I have made taco cupcakes with won ton wrappers. They are delicious and easy to divide up amongst people. Great for partys or get together's too!

  • Here is a link to Hungry Girl's squash filled Pot stickers. Everytime I make them and bring them to work, there is nothing left after a half hour! They are only 161 calories for 5 of them. http://www.hungry-girl.com/newsletters/raw/1293

    Hi
I just made the recipe on here for crab rangoon and had extra wonton wrappers left over(I bought a pkg containing 48). I ended up putting 2tbsp. low fat/low calorie coffee icecream in the bottom of prebaked wontons(used muffin tins) and topped with 1tsp of nutella and pinched the ends of the wontons. Kinda of like a pocket Desert. Was super delicious...
