I have made pumpkin ravioli with won ton wrappers and can attest to the fact that won ton wrappers are great for ravioli! Here is the recipe:

I also think that spinach and a low fat cheese would be awesome too.0 -

I have developed a little won ton wrapper obsession! I wish everything could be cooked in a won ton wrapper and a muffin tin The buffalo chicken cupcakes were amazing! I've made the twice now and the BF, who loves his chicken wings, liked them so much that we even had them for the Superbowl!0 -
Lots of great ideas here. Thanks!0

Aloha! Oh, the choices you have... My favorite are steamed shrimp dumplings. Mince shrimp, stir in minced garlic and ginger along with finely chopped scallions and a very little bit of sesame oil along with a tad bit of soy sauce. If you are not a seafood lover, this can be done with chicken. Put a spoon full in the center of the wrapper and form the wrapper up around the sides. The top may be left uncovered, looking like a shumai. Delicious... And protein packed!0

Here's a recipe I have for STEAMED WON TONS
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
1 large onion chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon grated ginger root
2 Tablespoons (around 6 cloves) of garlic chopped
48 won ton wrappers
Put all the ingredients (except for the wrappers) into a food processor and blend until finely chopped. Place one teaspoon of this filling into the center of each won ton skin. Lightly moisten the edges so they stick together. Steam over boiling water in batches for 10 minutes each batch. Serve with a dressing of either a high quality soy sauce (tamari or similar if you like) OR serve with:
Lemon Sesame dressing:
Take a small jar and fill half with toasted sesame oil (and or some EVOO) and the other half fresh lemon juice. Add 2 cloves of mashed garlic in it to taste. Shake and serve. Can also add salt/pepper/other seasonings to taste. (This is a very light dressing/all purpose marinade.)0 -
