go on pinterest.com and you wuld be amazed at some of the great recipes with wonton wrappers....or even skinnytaste.com has some great recipe's but it sounds like you are on the right track with your ideas YUM !

and one other I tried, but can't find just now. I made spring rolls with "broccoli slaw" lite soy sauce, chopped up left over turkey or chicken, stir fry lightly with whatever spice you like (it doesn't need much, I also put in a dash of "fish sauce" because I had it), roll up, spray pan and tops, bake = so very good!

I spray a muffin pan and form them into little cups-bake and fill
chicken salad
banna/pbutter
eggs
endless:-)

Shred some grilled boneless chicken breast, along with shredded cabbage and sprinkle some lemon juice and ground black pepper and some extra virgin olive oil. You may want to place the won tons in a non-stick skillet to toast them a bit you could spray a bit of cooking oil spray to prevent the wontons from sticking in the pan.
