ive learned that there are lots of people in this world struggling with weight loss but that there are alot of people trying. These forumns seem to really help certain people out who are going through the same thing. Alot of people are on there own without a good support group and they can find it here.0

I learnt that sometimes a joke has to be spelt out.....
It seems some of you didn't notice the original reference for the period thing - if you read pg 1 someone said 'Eating period makes you fat' (as in eating, full stop, makes you fat) - the next person took it and ran with it.
If you 'got' the joke it was funny.
