    Some people get offended easily. (If you value your life do not use the word "Tard" Or "Retarded")

    Breasts are known as "Tata" and "Boobies" and women are very concerned they are going to lose them when they lose the weight. OR that one might turn out bigger than the other.

    No one on here is Fat....they are just big boned.

    That last one made me giggle.

    Apparently if you're set at "sedentary" on your activity level then by all means you MUST include every physical movement you make. Because everyone knows you burn calories while driving & looking for your keys. Oh and if someone is a personal trainer then you must listen to their every word of advice, or YOU. WILL. FAIL.

    Definition of CALISTHENICS
    1: systematic rhythmic bodily exercises performed usually without apparatus

    I'm doing it wrong....

    It says USUALLY without apparatus... remember, this definition was written before the wonderful variety we enjoy today existed! Life is so much better now... LOL

    I've learned that although something is made with water (i.e. coffee) once you make it, it magically becomes just coffee. All the water disappears. Science is the Devil.

    If you want to lose weight you should just do what you want because it is all about what works for you not what has been proven to work repeatedly over time.
