    What do you think of Crossfit? Will that kind of training be effective in shedding pounds? Or do I need to do supplemental cardio as well?

    What kind of workout would you suggest for someone who is morbidly obese and trying to lose weight for the first time in their life? I belong to a small gym (planet fitness).

    What advice would you give someone who is trying to build bone strength? I have the very beginning of osteoporosis and would like to build more muscle and bone strength. Currently, I do spin classes, the elliptical, Pilates on the reformer, some yoga, and a variety of strength training dvds. Thanks so much for any advice!:flowerforyou:

    Trying to burn fat w/out gaining muscle mass... I've been running on the elliptical 3-4 days a week for 20 mins at 10.9 speed, 10 mins. on the stair stepper at 3.4 speed, & walking about 15 mins on the track at about 4.5 speed. Plus staying on my 1200 calorie goal w/ MFP. I've lost 5 lbs since Jan. but would like to lose about 5 more before the end of March. Any suggestions?

    advice on bulking up and cuting

    my goal 200 pounds sub 10% bodyfat
    started at 130 pounds at sub 10% bodyfat 11inch arms
    now 180 pounds 15% bodyfat almost 15 inch arms

    my question is as this is my first bulk when should i stop bulking and start to cut to reach my goals and how to cary on bulking without putting to much fat on as well
