    Bigelow Perfect Peach tea (home brewed and iced without sweetener) - it is herbal, contains no caffiene and no calories, and it is tasty and refreshing.
    Homemade decaf sweet tea (try to limit to 1 glass per day)
    Decaf coffee (1 cup per day)
    Lowfat milk
    Minute Maid Light Lemonade

    Coffee. Generally black. Occasionally a soy latte, but usually black.

    Tea. Herbal, with or without caffeine... Tulsi tea is the best.

    Wine, but not too much, as it is bad for my fibro *sigh*

    Water, however, is my mainstay...

    Haha, honestly I mostly just drink water. My other vice is definitely coffee (iced or hot) with almond milk.

    If you're trying to stop drinking sweet tea you could try and make your own unsweetened tea! Just steep 4-5 teabags in a glass jug, let it cool so it's not boiling hot & toss it in the fridge over night! You could always add a packet of stevia, but I really like it unsweetened!

    i can only handle the taste of water for so long what i am doing now is i buy the small lime shaped or small glass bottle of real lime or lemon what ever one you like and add just enough to cover the bottom of my glass if i need to sweeten it up a little i add some sweet n low. if it turns out to be to strong i drink half and refill to thin it it helps me to get my water in!
