    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I tracked breakfast and lunch only.
    We went out for dinner and it was chicken wings.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - Don't know
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I bought new runners and they fit!! I will be walking tomorrow.
    What would I have done differently? Exercised and drank more water
    What is today's personal goals? I will be cleaning the upstairs

    Monday - 6/25- 25 min strength training, weight lifting
    Tuesday - 6/26- Cleaning 60 mins.
