    1) I no longer wake up puking and shivering for an hour before work because of the massive amount of carbs and sugar I ate.
    2) I can fit in things now, my steering wheel keeps getting further away, my car is easier to get into when parked, I now ask the waiter to sit me and my friends in a booth instead of a table.
    3) Walking 3.5mph and hitting a 17 minute mile, starting to jog lightly and working towards C25K
    4) Showing people my progress pic and getting a huge reaction, talking to people about my loss and my method of loss. Helping others get healthy and leading by example at my job.
    5) I'm a new person, i'm more outgoing, I no longer care about what people think of me when a shirt is a little tight, everyday I get outside and hit the concrete for a walk in the upper middle class military area that houses plenty of shirtless meatheads. I don't care if people look or drive by, I don't try to sugar coat my personality anymore so that people have a reason to get passed my physical appearance. I confront others when they do wrong and I defend myself when im wronged against. Incredible, really. :)

    5. I have definition, REAL definition, in my calves and I'm starting to see muscles in my arms.
    4. My belly is retreating.
    3. My cholesterol is well within the normal range. I may be able to come off Lipitor if it continues to improve.
    2. I can complete an hour of JM DVDs without wanting to die. Last year 20 minutes made me want to die.
    1. Last Friday, I went to the Gap Outlet with my husband. I have been in Gap size 6 curvy jeans for years. I saw a pair of shorts I wanted to try and grabbed a 6 to try on and grabbed a 4 to see how much longer I'd have to go before they fit. I tried them on first. And they fit. Perfectly. I also tried an XS shirt because I loved the shirt and they didn't have a small. I put it on and stepped out of the dressing room. My husbands eyes widened slightly and he nodded vigorously. I'm going to Goodwill this weekend to look for size 4 curvy jeans. I can finally wear clothes I want and feel like I look good. I still have a way to go to my goal (110-115, depending on when the belly flattens), but the clothes were proof that I'm getting there.
