    2 scrambled eggs with cherry tomatoes (a handful), a couple slices of green peppers cut up, 2 stalks of asperagus, and some mushrooms mixed in. I added a bit of chili paste too for an added kick. It was yummy and looked delish too.

    The same breakfast I have every day. A smoothie with 1/2 cup of two fruits (today it was 1/2 cup of strawberries & 1/2 of banana) with protein powder, 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1/2 nonfat plain yogurt and 2 ice cubes (since the banana wasn't frozen).

    :( I am waiting for my chia seed to arrive otherwise they would have been in the mix as well.

    I had 2 Reduced Sugar Farleys Rusks smashed up into semi-skimmed milk. Scrumptious! I also ALWAYS have a cup of tea/coffee with my breakfast too!
