    160z Gatorade at the Gym

    Protein Shake with:
    * 1 scoop of ON Chocolate Peanut Butter Casein Powder,
    * 1 scoop of ON 100% Natural Chocolate Whey Powder
    * 1 Small Banana
    * 2 Tablespoons PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
    * Water

    6oz. Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt with:
    * 1 Tablespoon PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
    * 1/2 cup Quaker Natural Granola

    Good for 824 Calories, 82g of protein, 112g carbs, and 10g of fat.

    This is what I eat almost every morning.

    Man that is a TON of protein in one sitting...I've read quite a few articles recently that your body can only effectively process 30g in a sitting/meal. I had to space my protein out more in the day and have seen better results - plus my powders last longer...

    You've got remember that I am 6'6" 231 lbs, so the average numbers most people post are way off for me. Also, in the gym, I train like a power lifter, so I actually shoot for between 1 and 1.25 grams of protein per pound of body weight, which is 230 to 290 grams a day.

    The same thing I've had for breakfast almost every day for many many months:

    2 cups coffee blended with 3T Kerrygold butter and 2T MCT oil.
    5 eggs cooked in 1T coconut oil.
    1 cup beef bone broth.
    and occasionally, a serving or two of carbs (sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes) or veggie (asparagus, broccoli, etc.) if I feel like it.

    Yoplait Greek Blueberry yogurt with 1/2 cup of All bran cereal. I need the yogurt, it helps alot with digestion but it has so much sugar but I cant have artificial sweeteners so I'm stuck with going over my sugar. Anyone else have this isssue?
    Have you tried plain yogurt mixed with fruit? Strawberries or blueberries, cut up peaches, anything with some sweetness...

    my new favorite...

    6 oz - non-fat plain greek yogurt mixed with 3 drops liquid stevia, 1 cup of quartered strawberries, 1/4 cup Uncle Sam toasted whole wheat berry flakes and flax seed all mixed and topped off with a 100 calorie snack pack of Emerald dark chocolate roasted almonds. Oh and of course a cup of hot green tea!

    All that for 315 cals, none of which I would consider empty! Lots of protein and fiber to keep my appetite in check until lunch time!
