    About 2000 to 2500 - with little or no fiber and few fresh fruits and vegetables - only exercising on occassion.

    My partner and I were dicussing this the other day, as in life before My Fitness Pal. I cant look at any food now without seeing a little calorie sign floating above it. Its hard to think I Could ever go back. On Holiday last summer we figured we were averaging between 3000 and 5000 a day, some days worse with around 10 beers each. Im surprised I dont have more to loose, seeing as im only supposed to eat around 1600 a day to maintain.

    3500 during the week and pushing 5000 on weekends. I had meals that were more than what I eat in a day now... I hate to even think about it...

    I would save 2000+ with no exercise.

    I actually logged mine before I completely committed to MFP and I was eating 4k-5k a day and not exercising or not exercising enough.

    Probably 3000-4000 depending on the day... I wasn't gaining anymore though. Once I hit 230 I maintained that without watching what I ate or trying to exercise.

    Some days I probably ate around 1000 and others probably around 4000! I was all over the place :happy:

    Scary to think...... Definitely a heap more than I am now.......more like double if not triple.... :(

    I guesstimate I was eating on average 3000 - 3500 calories. Mostly a lot of empty calories sugary drinks, cakes ,& too many fried foods.

    600-1000 depending on the day. I would usually just one meal a day. Can't believe I thought it was ok.

    I tended to eat nothing throughout the day and then really pigged out in the evening, often consuming around 1000 calories on snacks etc whilst my dinner was cooking :(

    Then i binged drank often consuming about 12 beers easily plus all the snacks that go with the drinking. The next day suffering from an awful hangover i craved stodge so i ate anything and everything bad for me. Probably consuming about 4000+ calories in one day.

    I'd then beat myself up about it and then the starvation mode would start again for a couple of days.....

    Probably like 2,000! I'd only eat once a day and I ate like everything!!!
