Wow DDD and F?! Here I thought I was big at 38DD!!!! I usually drop about $40/bra...I only buy from Frederick's of Hollywood, they're the best that I can afford...what kind of sports bras do the rest of you ladies like?? I'm still doubling up and it's not enough support  I have no idea what a good quality sports bra would be...I'll spend the $$ on a good one, but I don't want to spend a lot on an expensive one that isn't that good, ya know?

Well I didn't stay under my sat fat, but I only went over by 4!!! I'm still under for fat I believe and I got almost 3 hours of exercise total today-not even counting the insane house cleaning I did all day!! LOL!!! So I got half of the challege, I burned 771 calories working out today  I usually burn between 250-400....whoohoo!!

This may not help you but I find that wearing a sports bra and active wear top with a built in bra on top of that works. Herroom.com may have a good selection and fit for you.

I buy cheapo sports bras at wal-mart... fruit of the loom I think but I don't run so it's not a problem. I do do pretty intensive aerobics and am fine with them. I buy them a size too small too and have many, seeing as they are only $12

    32DDD surgery?

    surgery? what do you mean?

32 rib cage and DDD cup is unusual, often these dimentions are due to augmentation. Are you sporting original equiptment, or are you surgically altered? hundreds of thousands of women are, no big deal, just curious.

I joined recently myself! Weigh in on Thursday. JoyousMaximus does the chart that is on the first page of each weeks new thread.(started every Friday) read the challenges and bust your hiney all week to get it done. this challenge is for Halloween. I am sure there will be others, We all wont have reached our goals by then.

Those 8 and 12 lb losses represent 7 weeks, not 1 week, most range 1 to 2 pounds a week.

Awesome. Will the Halloween Challange be posted soon or has it been already? I am looking forward to joining all of you. Im down with losing 1-2 lbs per week. It would be nice to lose more, but I'd rather see a steady decline then nothing at all or it creeping back up. :) My goal is to reward myself with something other than food for every 10lbs. I think I'll get me a nice outfit and pair of red high heels when I lose 30lbs!

    Lose 1st 10lbs: A Manicure/Pedicure
Lose 20 lbs: A shorter hair style
Lose 30lbs: A sexy outfit and red high heels
Lose 40lbs: A night out with the girls
    Lose 50lbs: A SwimSuit
    Lose 60lbs: A tankini
Lose 70Lbs: A Limo Ride and a new Wardrobe ;)

I may adjust my weight loss goal over time, depending on how my body transforms as the weight comes off. I tend to be muscular and look pretty good at 145. My goal is 131, but I dont want a goal that is not healthy or realistic for my body type.

The Halloween challenge was posted 7 weeks ago, if you go backward in the threads, you can find it! I have lost 4.75 pounds in the 7 weeks. It is slow going due to I am in the home stretch. only 8 more to go. I have hit many plateaus, and truth be known don't get enough exercise due to a 55 to 60 hour work week. I will get there, just take a bit longer! My total loss so far is 25 pounds. An average of 1 pound a week. It has looked like the stock market ticker tape though! Just keep up the healthy eating restrict your calories like the suggested number in your goals suggests and water, water, water! Oh yeah and the E word! I just can't figure out how to say exercise is a four letter word! Make sure your thyroid medication is right, every time your weight changes significantly you need to keep that monitored! As your weight changes so should your medications. As you probably already know, to much is just as bad as not enough.

Sport bra question, Luniare #11111 The best if you ask me, you can buy them from the web. just google the name and number. Underwire, dry wicking fabric inside to draw sweat away from your skin comfort straps no bounce! the compression type that they sell at most stores are like an ace bandage. mashing your breasts is not support. Good luck!

Not that I require a special, extra support, sports bra (work-out tops with a shelf bra works good for my "little boobies" LMAO :embarassed: ) But I wanted to look at this one that you suggest... I can't look at work!! DAMN I hate that some sites are BLOCKED!! It's not like I'm surfing porn or anything... Oh well :ohwell: I will have to wait until I get home if I want to see... LOL

I know! I hate that. Don't they know I'm not looking at porn - I'm just trying to shop!   I definitely need to look when I get home! I'm getting sick of the 'ace bandage' bras as cz calls them, and my poor 36DDs would like some relief

By the way. Do you ever have one of those days when you think you look really cute and it makes everything better. I have a huge pile of work, yet it's ok because I look cute and the boots I'm wearing that I haven't worn in 6 months or so used to be really tight around my calves and they aren't anymore.   (which helps because they are supposed to be slouchy-ish  )

Exactly, I use the Wal-Mart bras like Nikky, that's all I can afford right now, but like you and Cz said, I don't like mashing my boobs and having a uni-boob. NOT sexy lol!!! I want actual support. Thanks for all the suggestions, girls, I will definitely check them out, especially the Lunaire!!

Kity you are adorable you should feel cute EVERY day!!! :flowerforyou: But yes I definitely know what you're talking about!!

Talking about looking cute... Well.... I am NOT feeling that way today, although I know exactly why!! I had my alarm set for 4:31 (that gives me 1 snooze, and then up at 4:40) so that I could do my sit-up challenge (a different thread I started). Well since I didn't sleep all that well the last couple nights  I decided that I would just do it after work and go back to sleep for another 1/2 hour... resetting my alarm for 5:01 (again, giving me 1 snooze :ohwell: )
WELL... I was laying there thinking "hmmm, I wonder how much longer I have before my alarm goes off?" So I looked :noway: OMG!! It was 6:14!! I usually leave my house at 6:10.... needless to say, I had to hustle, have a shower, make my breakfast shake, pack stuff for my lunch... I don't wear make-up so at least I didn't have to worry about that!! Anyway, I actually made it to work ONLY 5 MINUTES LATE!!!! :smokin:

So, looking cute today??? Not a chance!! :noway:  :ohwell: LMAO Not looking like a slob though either... jeans and a golf shirt!! VERY relaxed :flowerforyou: Thank God that I'm allowed to wear just about whatever I want to work (within reason of course!) LOL:laugh:
