What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? housework, ran some errands and relaxed
What would I have done differently? need to start tracking on weekends or I am not going to get where I need to be
What is today's personal goals? Log my calories, stay under and bootcamp tonight

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? stayed under on calories and tracked all my food
    What would I have done differently? do this everyday
    What is today's personal goals? Log my calories, stay under and swim (done - swam a mile)

    We went out for dinner and it was chicken wings.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - Don't know
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I bought new runners and they fit!! I will be walking tomorrow.
    What would I have done differently? Exercised and drank more water
    What is today's personal goals? I will be cleaning the upstairs

    Monday - 6/25- 25 min strength training, weight lifting
    Tuesday - 6/26- Cleaning 60 mins.

    Friday - 6/29- Leaving for a sailing cruise for the weekend

    Thursday - 6/28 - 1/2 hours Pilates session with instructor

    What would I have done differently? I always say I would have put more in to the work out.
    What are today's personal goals? A 30 minute run and another day of 30DS.
