    Linda: What I do is hit quote from my previous post, then just fill in the details. Your daily goals are just what you hoped to meet today. Your mini goals could be hopeful monthly weigh-ins. That is how I use it anyway. Adjust it all to help you. The focus is just to report in once or more a day for accountability. Hope you had an awesome day!:flowerforyou:

    What would I have done differently? not had the lil drum ice cream cone that I had... I miscalculated, somehow...

    :flowerforyou: Good job Linda, on logging all of your food and checking in! It is tough on the weekend. I am just hopping in for a minute to say I am committed to success today. I will account for today this evening. Went out to eat at AppleBees after church and had a WW meal under 550 cals. YUM!:bigsmile:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? tons of exercise, no binging, logged everything, lots of water, checked nutritionals before going out to eat at Genghis Grill.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing!
    What is today's personal goals? Log all food, exercise, 64 oz. water, Stay under in calories!

    Welcome to all the new people :drinker:
    We can do this journey together. :bigsmile: I sail on the weekends with my husband so my weekends are
    mostly walking and sailing. I try to keep up my exercise as best I can during the summer.
    During the week I have no problem but on weekends you may see no exercise because I am not home
    and don't track my food. Good Luck!!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - Probably not
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did manage over 10,000 steps on my pedometer.
    What would I have done differently? Probably not have the alcohol I did.
    What is today's personal goals? Water, exercise, watch calorie intake. Also trying a new shake
    to lose weight. Suggested by a friend and is heart smart.

    I had a good day today and I am positive it is because I am making a point to check in. I feel obligated not to let you down! Hope this week goes better than last! Totally fell off the wagon last week. Grrrrrr me! Here is to new starts!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Planned meals, checked nutritionals before I went to eat . Stayed under calories and resisted the urge to binge.
    What would I have done differently? drink more water.
    What is today's personal goals? Log all food, exercise, 64 oz. water, Stay under in calories!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Planned meals, checked nutritionals before I went to eat . Stayed under calories and resisted the urge to binge. Also, bought a new electric range (stove/oven), went grocery shopping & cooked dinner.

    What would I have done differently? need to stop eating chips and cheese
    What is today's personal goals? follow my nutritional guidelines and get a walk in tonight or at least 10 minutes of some exercise
