    What would I have done differently? Maybe took a walk but was too tired after cleaning

    Just a quick check in to say I have had a busy but pretty good day. No exercise but ate well. MUST DRINK MORE WATER! :drinker: Rest day for me today. Worked 11 hours and cannot do it tonight.:tongue: More tomorrow...stay strong buddies!:heart:

    :flowerforyou: Great day Shirley! You were ON IT!

    Just a quick check in to say I had a pretty good day. Stayed under on cals...logged all....exercised. No time to be official but good day. I am weighing in tomorrow and hope to see some results for my efforts this week. My pants don't feel as tight as last weekend...always good. I have really kept an eye on my sugar intake this week....for me it stalls my weightloss big time. For everyone it is different. Have a lovely evening all! See ya in the morn!:wink:

    Checking in this morning - Plan on having a good day....did not log everything yesterday...did not exercise. Had company last night so cleaned and cooked all day....does that count?! :) Have a good one all!

    The last few days I have not done well. Yesterday, I finally walked for 10 minutes in 105 degree weather. :grumble:

    I am looking to get a new bike so I can step up my exercising. Walking and Pilates is okay but
    not doing the trick for me. I am maintaining, not losing. I need to lose for health reasons. :bigsmile:
    So bike shopping is what I need to do. I have a bike but it is so old and was expensive at the time
    some 30+ years ago.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Bootcamp class for 60 mins. A nice 5 mile walk on Sunday too! I love the mapmyrun app on my phone. It tracked my entire walk!!! Map, mile\min, duration... it was cool!

    I bought a bike last July. I asked for the one with the biggest seat :bigsmile: I biked 12 miles last summer and felt fine. I was going to bike on Sunday but my husband built a deck on Friday and his back was a little out of whack so we decided to walk.

    It looks like everyone is having a good week so far. Mini check in for me on:smooched: this busy day: Over 80 on my food log but ate pretty healthy. Taking a rest day on exercise. Planning on morning workout tomorrow. Had the new guacamole chicken sandwhich at Subway for supper! Loved it! Try it on honey oat bread. Here is to Friday...it is right around the corner.:flowerforyou:

    A quick Sat. check in. Got some exercise in and logged the cals. Have over 700 left for a cookout tonight so I am thrilled. My goal is to avoid the desserts.     Monday is a good day to begin after a LOOOONG break!! Hello everyone and those who have joined since I went AWOL! Life has been full and wonderful and I had gotten pretty lazy about the whole routine. Believe it or not, My husband and I (mostly me, but he is coming along) have committed to eating "Primal" (with some dairy). I am doing this not out of any commitment to the entire Primal Theory but because it is a food plan that would actually be appealing to my dear husband. Well, it's working. I have dropped over 4 pounds in this first week and he is down 3 with quite a few cheats! :drinker: I miss my whole grains, rice and granola but figure it's worth it to hopefully get him motivated!

    So here I go again!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - yes again
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? managed to stick with the plan on the week-end
    What would I have done differently? Went for a walk
    What is today's personal goals? get to the exercise, and stay in the plan.
