Monday - 7/23 - Didn't get walk done, too busy. I know that's an excuse, but I did get
over 9,000 steps in.
Tuesday - 7/24 - One hour Pilates class
Wednesday - 7/25 - Unexpected trip to salon, nail broke and hope to get some exercise in.
Thursday - 7/26 - Bike 30 mins.

It looks like everyone is having a good week so far. Mini check in for me on:smooched: this busy day: Over 80 on my food log but ate pretty healthy. Taking a rest day on exercise. Planning on morning workout tomorrow. Had the new guacamole chicken sandwhich at Subway for supper! Loved it! Try it on honey oat bread. Here is to Friday...it is right around the corner.:flowerforyou:0

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did my Pilate exercises and cleaned my MIL's old
apartment so she is ready to move in her new one in September.

Monday - 7/23 - Didn't get walk done, too busy. I know that's an excuse, but I did get

A quick Sat. check in. Got some exercise in and logged the cals. Have over 700 left for a cookout tonight so I am thrilled. My goal is to avoid the desserts. Monday is a good day to begin after a LOOOONG break!! Hello everyone and those who have joined since I went AWOL! Life has been full and wonderful and I had gotten pretty lazy about the whole routine. Believe it or not, My husband and I (mostly me, but he is coming along) have committed to eating "Primal" (with some dairy). I am doing this not out of any commitment to the entire Primal Theory but because it is a food plan that would actually be appealing to my dear husband. Well, it's working. I have dropped over 4 pounds in this first week and he is down 3 with quite a few cheats! :drinker: I miss my whole grains, rice and granola but figure it's worth it to hopefully get him motivated!
So here I go again!

UGH!!! Me too... I don't like the way I feel. I am traveling on business this week and could barely find 3 days of work clothes that felt\looked good :grumble: I usually work from home so shorts and sweatpants are my work clothes :laugh:

Sorry to have missed checking in so many days...
I, too, have only gone up...
And, I am sure to really feel that tomorrow when my nephew comes in town tomorrow & we go to 6 Flags on Thursday. I will wear shorts, anyway! But, I already know that I will have trouble keeping up and feeling like crap due to being overweight and not as strong and healthy.
I've been out of town & will be traveling by car all day today to get back home. Since I will be by myself (and big dog), I will be eating to stay awake (well, I hope not!), but that is usually what happens. I will try to make some healthier choices, but really think that I just need to start over August 1st -- tomorrow!
While away, I have done better than in the past for a few meals, but the rest were just "bad". I haven't really gone on major binge, but have definitely overeaten, snacked & eaten unhealthily this trip. So hard when staying with my parents and celebrating 2 birthdays!
I have been going on 1-2 short walks every day. Today, I will walk before I leave and also do back exercises. One day, i did a fantastic Zumba class.
