    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? One hour Pilates witha sore back.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Water, exercise, watch calorie intake.

    Monday - 7/16 - 35 mins walking
    Tuesday - 7/17 - 1 hour Pilates
    Wednesday - 7/18 - Cleaning today and maybe a walk later.

    What would I have done differently? drink more water.,exercise!
    What is today's personal goals? Log all food, exercise, 64 oz. water, Stay under in calories!

    What would I have done differently? Maybe took a walk but was too tired after cleaning

    What would I have done differently? ate too much all day long
    What is today's personal goals? follow my nutritional guidelines and 60 minutes of step, and 30 of body pump

    Just a quick check in to say I have had a busy but pretty good day. No exercise but ate well. MUST DRINK MORE WATER! :drinker: Rest day for me today. Worked 11 hours and cannot do it tonight.:tongue: More tomorrow...stay strong buddies!:heart:

    :flowerforyou: Great day Shirley! You were ON IT!

    Just a quick check in to say I had a pretty good day. Stayed under on cals...logged all....exercised. No time to be official but good day. I am weighing in tomorrow and hope to see some results for my efforts this week. My pants don't feel as tight as last weekend...always good. I have really kept an eye on my sugar intake this week....for me it stalls my weightloss big time. For everyone it is different. Have a lovely evening all! See ya in the morn!:wink:

    Checking in this morning - Plan on having a good day....did not log everything yesterday...did not exercise. Had company last night so cleaned and cooked all day....does that count?! :) Have a good one all!

    The last few days I have not done well. Yesterday, I finally walked for 10 minutes in 105 degree weather. :grumble:

    I am looking to get a new bike so I can step up my exercising. Walking and Pilates is okay but
    not doing the trick for me. I am maintaining, not losing. I need to lose for health reasons. :bigsmile:
    So bike shopping is what I need to do. I have a bike but it is so old and was expensive at the time
    some 30+ years ago.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Bootcamp class for 60 mins. A nice 5 mile walk on Sunday too! I love the mapmyrun app on my phone. It tracked my entire walk!!! Map, mile\min, duration... it was cool!

    I bought a bike last July. I asked for the one with the biggest seat :bigsmile: I biked 12 miles last summer and felt fine. I was going to bike on Sunday but my husband built a deck on Friday and his back was a little out of whack so we decided to walk.

    Monday - 7/23 - Didn't get walk done, too busy. I know that's an excuse, but I did get
    over 9,000 steps in.

    Back on track! Had a great week last week and struggled through the weekend. Had a great workout after a stressy day at work. Boy, I needed that! Here we go......let's have a great week you guys!!!:smooched:

    What would I have done differently? Watched out for the sugar and salt
    What are tomorrow's personal goals? walk in the morning and video exercise at night....stay on track and watch that sugar!:grumble:
