    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? All but exercise
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? didn't eat after supper and drank a lot of water
    What would I have done differently? Exercised!
    What is today's personal goals? Log all meals, exercise, stop eating after supper AND water water water!

    I am back from my sailing vacation and will start again checking in on Monday.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - No over
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did over 11,000 steps on my pedometer
    What would I have done differently? Not have chicken wings for dinner
    What is today's personal goals? Get rid of sodium, exercise, and drink lots of water.

    Monday - 7/9 -
    Tuesday - 7/10 -
    Wednesday - 7/11
    Thursday - 7/12
    Friday - 7/13
    Saturday - 7/14
    Sunday - 7/15

    Back from vacation I did gain 5 pounds. Now in the 180's and my goal is the 160's.
    Long journey back again but I can do this !!!

    What would I have done differently? track calories and a longer walk with the dog (dog sitting this week)

    I am just checking in today to say hello. I babysat my grandson today and went way off program. Oh well, brushing myself off and starting over this moment. Hope to exercise 30 min. this evening anyway. Here is to a great week all!

    I'm finally back ... hopefully to stay for awhile ... I'm up a few pounds - but I guess it could be worse since I kind of went of the wagon for awhile.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? tracked everything and made pretty decent food choices
    What would I have done differently? better dinner than chips and cheese
    What is today's personal goals? follow my nutritional guidelines and get a walk in tonight

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got all my laundry and ironing done. :drinker:
    What would I have done differently? Not had the ice cream after I was doing so good. :grumble:
    What is today's personal goals? Water, exercise, watch what goes in my mouth. :tongue:

    I did lose a few pounds after weigh in this morning. Probably sodium. Now doing some gardening.
    I will add that to my exercise today. :bigsmile:

    What would I have done differently? not eat so much pasta and sauce last night... portion was a little out of control :grumble:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? One hour Pilates with a class group and my
    instructor said I did well. :bigsmile: Not too shabby for a 63 year old gal.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Water, go for a walk probably later, it is very hot out.

    Monday - 7/9 - Groceries, bank, errands in general
    Tuesday - 7/10 - One hour Pilates
    Wednesday - 7/11 - Walking later this evening
    Thursday - 7/12
    Friday - 7/13
    Saturday - 7/14
    Sunday - 7/15

    I got on the scale this morning and the vacation weight is slowly coming off.
    I am trying to be strict with myself this week.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? did well until dinner
    What would I have done differently? only needed half of the super large baked potato at dinner ... was too stuffed
    What is today's personal goals? follow my nutritional guidelines and already did 40 minutes of step class

    What would I have done differently? bedtime snack was a bit more than I needed

    at a new restaurant.
    What would I have done differently? Not ate at this restaurant, wings were lousy.

    I am checking in....first time all week. Such a busy week. I have to say I have been OFF my game. I only exercised one day (I think) and went over on cals more than I care to share. I am going to finish strong and learn my lesson. Last week I checked in daily and had a GREAT week. Yes, I am checking in daily from here on! Have an awesome day everyone.
