What would I have done differently? Not have chicken wings for dinner
What is today's personal goals? Get rid of sodium, exercise, and drink lots of water.

I'm finally back ... hopefully to stay for awhile ... I'm up a few pounds - but I guess it could be worse since I kind of went of the wagon for awhile.
