    5th Yoga 15min/Belly Dance 20 min
    6th 60 min of Dancing my Belly!
    7th Vacuumed my car and did unnecessary walking at Wal-Mart
    8th Cleaned and pushed furniture around
    9th 25 min of hilly hiking
    10th Mix of aerobics, free weights, leg lifts, and crunches for a total of 60 minutes
    11th Belly Danced for 30 minutes
    12th Same as the 10th
    13th Walked for 20 minutes
    14th Belly Dance and Stick Fighting for 2 hours
    15th Cleaned House for way too long
    16th Rest Day!
    17th Combination of aerobics, free weights, leg lifts, crunches, and stretching for a total of 60 minutes
    18th Took 2 brisk walks for 12 minutes each, 30 minutes of stick fighting and 60 minutes of belly dancing
    19th 2 brisk walks for 12 minutes each and an hour of aerobics, free weights, crunches, leg lifts, and stretches.
    20th 2 brisk 12 min. walks
    21st 60 minutes of step aerobics with the riser only, it was awesome!
    22nd Rest Day!
    23rd Rest Day!
    24th 15 minutes of light aerobics and 40 minutes or circuit training
    25th 12 minute brisk walk and 60 minutes of belly dancin'!
    26th 2 12 minute brisk walks, 10 minutes of elliptical, 5 minutes of treadmill, 40 minutes of free weights, 1 hour of stick fighting
    27th 2 brisk 12 minute walks
    28th rest day!
    29th cleaned house
    30th a brisk 20 min walk and 55 min of BodyJam! Twas fun!
    31st 30 minutes of Step Aerobics with the step only and 40 minutes or free weights, leg lifts, crunches, and stretching

    Jul 26 - Rest day
    Jul 27 - Another Rest day!!!! Will be back tomorrow..

    Jul 29 - Bike 30 min housecleaning 30 min
    Jul 30 - Bike 45 min
    Jul 31 - Treadmill 30 min weights 40 min
