1 July - C25K Week 6 day 1 - 35 mins total 20 running - bit of a killer this one and half my park was closed so it was a bit tedious running round the same bit six times but it is done and I am happy :-D (my happy face)
2 July - back to the beginning - 30DS level 1 day 1 - going to try and do 30 consecutive days this time to see if it makes a difference
3 July - C25k week 6 day 2 - 33 mins total running 20 mins - on treadmill and a bit easier today. Also did 5 weight stations - increased my reps to 15 x 3. Then 30DS level 1 day 2 - me tired and I think I have earnt my tea tonight :-)
4 July - Happy 4th July to my US MFP pals firstly :-) 30DS level 1 day 3 - I am exhausted today, fell asleep when I got home from work and really did not want to exercise but got of my wobbly *kitten* and did it. Planning not to have such a wobbly *kitten* by the end of July ;-)
5 July - C25K week 6 Day 3 - 31 mins total running 20 mins - 15 min max run. 4 weight stations 15 x 3, 120 sit ups and finally 30DS level 1 day 4 - I am pooped!!!! but extremely happy :-) I was so happy yesterday (and pooped) and copied the wrong post and lost a day!
6 July 30DS level 1 day 5 -why does this not get any easier - I hate jumping jacks!!!
7 July - "rest day" - no actual exercise but I did paint my rather large kitchen - as this is something I don't do every day I am counting this as exercise
8 July - another "rest day" - did the 2nd coat of paint today on the kitchen and then spent a few hours cleaning my kitchen, the blinds (i hate venetian blinds), mopping floor, then did the ironing and changed the beds - I feel sooooo rested LOL ;-)
Just did 120 sit ups whilst thinking about going for my shower :-)
9 July - 30DS level 1 day 6 - how come this is the second time round and i still find it difficult? Damn Jillian Michaels she snuck in and made the dvd harder!!!! Now sat looking at my pretty yellow kitchen :-D
10 July - C25K - week 7 day 1 ran for 20 mins in one go - wow wow wow. Three weight stations 20 x 3 reps on each then home to the cruel Jillian Michaels who keeps making me do jumping jacks. 30DS level 1 day 7 - it is now nearly time for bed :-)
    11 July - 30DS level 1 day 8, tomorrow moving to level 2
12 July - went to gym and did c25k week 7 day 2 another 20 min run - distance just over 3K! planned to come home and do 30DS but took me 90 minutes to do a 25 minute journey so was busting for the loo and starving hungry so the food won out tonight!
13 July - felt like a change so dug out a WW exercise DVD I was given and had never used - did a 30 minute work out plus warm up & cool down
14 July - walked for 3 hours looking for a HRM - didn't find one! So this was my exercise today - approx 5 miles walked.
15 July - C25K week 7 day 3 25 mins running - did it! No HRM as it wasn't delivered until this afternoon, then because I am sad and wanted a go with my HRM did the WW DVD again wearing HRM :-)
16 July - 30DS level 2 day 1 today. Also joined the gym properly today (last 5 weeks were on a Groupon thingy which ran out last week) - tomorrow I have my induction - as I already know how to use the machines I am going to ask them about free weights because I haven't done them yet (area is always full of men posing in front of the mirrors) - can't wait to do my C25K with my HRM.

17 July - much variety today - 5 mins on rowing machine, free weights - my instructor was so funny, I said I wanted to do them but the "muscle men" put me off a bit and he said he always instructs women in the other area away from the posey men = he totally understood what I meant. Did some free weights, lunges, sit ups and then sprinting on the treadmill - never done that before (worried I might fall off to start with) but did myself proud and didn't fall off and make a tit of myself in front of posey muscle men. Then came home and tortured myself with 6 pack in 6 weeks - damn what is wrong with me allowing the Michaels woman into my living room again to inflict pain on me - horrible feeling I'm gonna ache tomorrow ;-D

18 July - OK ran out of hours today so this is officially a rest day - and to be honest I am a little bit achy after yesterday so probably wise to rest. By rest, just to clarify - up at 6am, work by 7am, worked 11 hours, home, cleaned out my bunnies, put all the rubbish & recycling out, cleaned up and now time for dinner :-D
