    Haven't had a chance to weigh regularly since I just got back from vacation on Sunday. Mondays are usually my weigh days but yesterday was NOT good day all around. So here goes nothing...

    Right now I have not been so good about my diet so I have a feeling that when I weigh in on Thursday my weight will be up. This is one reason I am doing this, that and small goal are more attainable for me.

    July 8th 160 and today July 11th I'm up 3#. I don't get this, I'm going in the opposite direction. This is so frustrating. The older I get (now going through menopause at 52) the harder this gets. I maintained 140 for 3 years and then BOOM! Up it goes for no reason. Gotta get to the bottom of the "reason"!!!

    Hopping on to this to keep me motivated - better late than never yes? I lost about 40 pounds then regained about 15 so I am really irked and unsure what happened. Pre-menopausal perhaps...
