Hi Ladies! Tuesday's workouts were Yin and walking.

We got one inch of rain and Tuesday was damp and cold. I had to go out and didn't even check the temperature, so I wore a long sleeve t-shirt and a light fleece jacket. I froze! I didn't have gloves with me either. Wow! I just read that we'll have more rain coming on Friday night.

    Laurie, great workout!

It looks like you are about to get hit with some arctic air! From Accuweather:
The polar vortex is on the move and will take up a position near Hudson Bay, Canada, directing rounds of Arctic air southward from the North Pole to parts of the central and eastern United States through the middle of the month. The waves of Arctic air will trigger rounds of flurries and squalls in some areas and may help fuel storms with more widespread snow.

How cold is it there now? I'm a total wimp with the cold weather now! LOL

Do you feed the birds? Maybe it's time to get some hot chili suet for the woodpeckers. DH buys stuff they like to keep them away from the house. Here in GA, we have to worry about carpenter bees. They are hole drilling machines! They make tunnels in the wood to lay their eggs into. Apparently, woodpeckers know that, so they may peck at the holes. We have an exterminator spray the cabin to keep the carpenter bees away. He also fills the holes with some stuff. Transplants learn about these bees the hard way. They can cause serious damage. They look like bumble bees, but they are not nice bees!

Laurel, great workouts! I'm glad your DH is back home. Fingers crossed that he won't have to travel the rest of the year. My DH submitted his retirement paperwork Tuesday morning. Thirteen workdays to go!

DH and I love anything pumpkin! I made turkey pumpkin chili this week. So good!
Did you ever make the stuffed spaghetti squash for your DH? I made it again this week and added shrimp. It was delicious!

    See you tomorrow!
