Your family and boyfriend may not agree, but it's all about what will make you happy and how you feel in your body. So if you're looking to get as toned as her, go for it!

My father told me I needed to stop working out my legs because they were starting to look like football player's legs.

I don't care what others think. "Other people's opinions of me are none of my business".


That being said my husband likes muscles too. His opinion is the only other opinion I take into consideration but it still never overrides my own.

No way would I want to look like this! She has no boobs. I like my boobs lol. No fakes for me. I do agree muscle is sexy though. Just not the bulky man muscle. And if a woman does look like a man, she is using some form of steroids to do it with women do not have the capacity or testosterone to bulk like a man.

I have naturally small breasts and obviously so does she. I don't want implants either. Does this make me less of a woman?

I wasnt saying to get fake breast, i said fake boobs and it didnt post on the right one, it was for the other pic where the woman had them. If someone has smaller breast than they cant help it, but I dont want to look like no one but myself. I follow no ones pattern but my own. I want to be healthy and fit, not some super model or Photoshop model.

Muscle is beautiful! But there is a point where it does become too much, but u won't get to that point w/o working ur butt off. That doesn't happen accidentally. Seriously, what girl doesn't want a little muscle? If you don't have any, ur just skinny fat then.

I prefer my women on the softer side. Not into sticks either. I'd much rather have a woman who was healthy and in shape than one that was either too weak to lift a fork or one that was able to bend bars with their bare hands. Just not a fan of women that can bench press me...

I'm working to that point. I am not really lean, but I am working hard. My mom felt my arm and was like "ohh, that's so much muscle, eww!"
Ive found alot of people to say things like this are the ones who are too lazy to make changes of their own, and it's easier to say "Oh, I don't wanna be like that!" then it is to work for something

I just wanna throw this out there, because I saw it earlier. Saying anyone who does not want to devote the time to being cut or ripped is lazy is not a fair statement.

I don't want to be ripped. I also work my butt off and only sleep 4-6 hours every night. I'm not willing to give up my VERY rare spare time or my sleep to work on being ripped. But I'm fairly certain I could prove to you I am ANYTHING but lazy. I just have different priorities. But I see comments like this on here and it irritates me because I see others beating themselves up over what strangers on the internet think they should look like and aspire to, and I have a message for anyone who now thinks they are "lazy" if their goals aren't the same as what is specified above.

YOU are important. YOUR priorities are important. YOUR goals are the best goals. Not a single person out there is the same as you. Not a single person out there knows every aspect of your life. Find what works for YOU and do that... and love yourself because of it.

In my experience the most attractive females are those that are happy in their own body - whether that is little, big, muscles, skinny, curves.. whatever. I think your happiness is the most attractive component.
