1 August - official rest day - I am donating blood so won't be able to exercise however I have been told that when you donate blood the body uses 500 cals to replenish it - does this count as exercise ;-)

    Thank you for donating!!!

A donor helped "save" my son's life. He was too little when they repaired his heart so donor blood primed the heart lung by pas machine so they could do his repair.

Every time I go to donate I about cry because I am told no. I have a good vein, but they say it's too small for the big needle they need to use. Breaks my heart!!

My goodness that is a lot of exercise. Even though I only have a long hair chihuahua you have motivated me to get her out for walks more. Thank you!
