DUDE! There are some things worth running 10 miles for, and Banana Foster (and a chocolate chimmy from Taco Mac) are a couple of those things.
The only thing I can suggest is using blue agave and frozen yogurt, hey, yeah, let me try that tomorrow.0 -

My challenge? Bananas Foster
Okay, I just started to do this when I realized it took a good amount of alcohol and the rum is what makes it taste so good. I will not be able to make it because I am a recovering alcoholic and I am not going to go buy the stuff from the liquor store to make it. I will say that I entered it into MFP using home made frozen yogurt, blue agave and smart balance and it came out to be around 300 calories. I have a home made frozen yogurt maker so that helps a great deal.
If you decide to try this, please let me know. I would make it with out the booze but then it would just be bananas in syrup over froyo.0 -

Banana Pepper stuffed with dried tomato, cheese curds, a tiny bit of habanero mustard and red pepper flakes
Watermelon Sirloin Beef salad /w basil, olive oil, salt pepper garlic fresh basil & cilantro + citron lemon sea salt.0 -
