    I feel like a stalker!

How about figs, fetta and turkey breast with roquette lettuce and baby spinach leaves, I use a balsemic and olive oil vinegarette

Haha, you are not a stalker unless you are the reason I have weird hand prints on the window screen outside my dining room,

That does sound good. I have a raspberry vinaigrette that would work well.

I have a gorgeous piece of tuna on there tonight that I cut up into cubes, grilled and put into a spinach and herb tortilla wrap and topped it taco style. It was very good.

Mine are the ones with nose prints in between the hand prints he heh heh

That sounds great! Gonna get me some of that! Love the pizza on FB today too mmmmmmmmm

I got a whole organic chicken on sale at the market. I typically grill boneless skinless breast so any ideas, thoughts or flavors to use with this one would be appreciated.

Sounds delish! I do like me a roasted bird!!!!

I've done mine before by pushing fresh sage under the skin with a little bit of butter underneath also, salting the skin on top just a wee bit, then making a stuffing for the inside with LSA (linseed, soy and almond mix) and mixing it up with some garlic, capers, onion, a little more chopped sage, a little thyme, a dash of spanish sherry vinegar or a drop of port is nicer and egg to bind.

Yeah, I was thinking butter, parsley and maybe some white wine. I think I may use a variation of your stuffing mix in quinoa.

But yet again I changed my mind this morning when I got up. I am going to use the rest of the homemade redsauce I made for the pizza to make pasta for tonight. I also got a whole wheat take and bake baguette that I need to use before it starts to mold.

LOL, we have that at least once a week, maybe even twice sometimes.

Have you ever tried Walkers Wood Jerk sauce on it? OMG so good. If you like spicy, that is the bomb. But fair warning, just a little dab will do ya.

nom nom is right. I need to get to the store to get a few avocados to make my greek yogurt guac.I need the fat and calories from the avocados. I have been very sick lately and not eating much and not really cooking at all, we have done more than a few nights of take out that I am not exactly proud of, but at least I do make better choices. Whole Foods market bar last night, now that rocked.

Gumbo is one of the few foods I really do not care for. I think you can make it "healthier" by replacing some of the ingredients, like sub brown rice for the white and use soyrizo (soy chorizo) for the sausage. I am guessing you can also use tofurkey Italian sausage.

I used lemon in one a few weeks ago and it was amazing. I also left the egg out of it and it firmed up nice. Please make some comments on the post if you make it.
