I just hit the like button. I'm a total foodie. And I'm like you, always revamping recipes to make them better and healthier. My most recent one was a clam chowder makeover.

You go girl! Please feel free to share it on the cooking page. I created that page so we could all learn from each other and get healthier. I love me some clam chowda! Next time you make it, please post a pic too.

So I've been a little MIA...Still eating though!!!

Last nights little delicacy was Grilled Lamb Cutlets and pea mash... Lamb just plain with Salt but pea mash.. saved a little for lunch today... Baby peas cooked in a little chicken stock set aside to cool, fry a little garlic in Olive oil drain the peas and add the garlic and oil blitz till it's silky. Very Yummy!

Wow, I never thought of that. Sounds great. Did you know that baby peas have the same chemical that induces happiness that chocolate does? I learned that from Dr Reed from Criminal Minds, aka the Derek Morgan show.

Would a portabella mushroom that has been spritzed with liquid smoke and grilled serve as the "steak"? I have yet to find a good non ground type of meat alternative. I guess the Quorn mince could also serve as the meat, and melt some Laughing Cow cheese in with it and throw on your sauteed peppers, onions and mushrooms and then put it all on an Extreme Wellness Spinach and Herb Tortilla. (74 calories)

Let me know which one you think you would like and I will try to get to it this coming week. I think the portabella would be fantastic!
