    I agree! Even as a diabetic, I think carbohydrates still have a place in a diet (not a diet diet, just everyday eating).

    I bake my fries. They're not greasy.

    But since fat tends to be the macro I'm always lower in... maybe I should fry the fries.

    :) I am glad that worked for you! I cut carbs for 3 months and lost nothing, even with regular exercise and calorie counting. Now, with a more balanced diet (for me), I am starting to see some results. Just shows how glorious and different evey body is!
