I was born with Cerebral Palsy. Most people with CP can't walk without help, and some can't even feed themselves. I, on the other hand, am an accomplished martial artist and the only people who can tell I have it are specialist doctors and swim teachers. ;) I had an amazing neurologist, and my mom was REALLY stubborn about making me independent, lol!

I am directly related to a servant on the Mayflower - he even got to sign the Mayflower Compact. :D

it would have been a virgin birth....
    Say what now?

    Artificial insemination......

I was in my mid 30's with no man in site and I wanted a baby.....When through AID for 2 years, fell pregnant then lost it at 7 weeks...The 24th of next month would be my baby's 16th birthday.....

That was my only pregnancy.....I did try for a couple of months after but it hit me so hard that I was scared of it happening again....No one in my family knew what I was doing until I started bleeding....Then I rang one sister and sil as I wanted to talk to someone...I'm still not sure how many of my family know...

    I'm so sorry.

Next month, my little one would've turned 7 on the 18th.

I found out when I was 27 years old that my parents who had supposedly been married for 42 years were never legally married and my brother was not my father's biological child. My parents "lied" to everyone, my mom took his name, they bought property together, etc. and had the whole world fooled. Seems we led a scandalous life! :):

Every time I hear about someone who is suicidal on a blogging site I go on a lot, I'm always first to ask people to send them love and to beg them not to do it. I feel like I do it for the wrong reasons, though. I do it because I feel guilty for not reaching a friend in time a few years ago. They're gone now.

My second toes are longer than my big toes and I love bacon.

I though that was how toes are meant to be and my husband was the weird one. SIGH

I had a miracle healing from gallbladder disease! Five doctors told me I'd have to have it removed. One day, during one horribly intense attack, my dh called me and said he was tired of it, put his hands on my stomach and said, in the name of Jesus, your gallbladder is healed! Immediately I ran from him, threw up all over the bathroom and all the pain stopped. Haven't had a gallbladder attack in three years, prior to that day I was having them 2-4 times a week.

It was amazing, and I'm amazed by the power of God every time I think about it.

    Awesome!! Amen!

Well, beside being trampled by thousands of women at a conference in Africa, I have worked under cover to bring down a drug ring and I wasn't in the CIA/FBI or what not.

Anyone who has heard about the Hartford circus fire of 1944, my uncle is the one who arranged for it to come to town.

I've been drinking coffee since I was an infant. True Story. My mother used coffee to warm my formula. I was the 4th child.

When I was a kid I used to drink it but it was probably more cream & sugar than coffee. Now I drink black coffee and occasionally I'll have an iced coffee with a SPOT of skim milk and some splenda oh and even more occasionally I'll have a skim latte/cappuccino.

i have blue eyes, and in the iris of one of them i have a brown smudge. not all that uncommon. however, my step sister, 4 years younger than me...has the SAME THING. same spot in her eye, same eye. it's darker though because her eyes are brown.

I didn't realize that my oldest sister was my half-sister until she and my dad got into a screaming match when I was 8, she was 16. Now that I think of it, it was pretty stupid of me not to realize. My parents had gotten pregnant with my middle sister when they first starting dating and got married 6 months later. (so my parents wouldn't have been together when my oldest sister was born) and she the only blonde in the family...
But I guess if your parents don't tell you this stuff, you never really think about it because you have no reason to assume otherwise.
