I know I signed up for this ages ago and managed to get two minutes done. It has since fallen off the radar. I did do another two minutes tonight though so let's try to catch this baby up.

To the op- the title did scare me!
But after reading I realize it's 60 minutes broken up into many days..whew!
The only ab work i pretty do is just planks! I don't do any situps or crunches. I am a HUGE believer in the plank.

So, the month is half over, and I'm at 30 minutes - I've just added them daily - mixing them up, trying to go longer on side planks - I'd like to get a 60 second side plank, but so far, I can only get 30 before having to come back down to regular.0

I'm on target to finish on time. I'm at 30/60! My I can see an improvement in my planks! I can hold them for a whole minute now0

This is harder than I thought! 6/60 ..... in addition to my yoga classes. Well, it's 6 minutes more than I would have tried without the challenge! Hope to get half way there!0

10 more days!!! How is everyone doing?
I found that if I run in the morning, doing my planks right after is an easy way to get them out of the way. Got myself up to 40 minutes total out of 60.0
