Just completed Insanity Fit Test number 2. Shoulder was killing me during Power jayck but pushed through and these are my results.

I have about 2 1/2 weeks left of my first round of Insanity and am trying to decide on my next workout challenge. I am either going to do a second round or stick with the Max workouts and add some running. I miss running. For those that are on round 2, did you start back at day 1?0
