    it don't fit. The correct posture is feet back, hands on wall...45 degree angle. 50% of the time, it works every time.

    My thoughts exactly. For me wood would make sitting down not an option at all.

    I find that the reverse linebacker stance works well in this situation. Standing in front and trying to push it down just doesn't work for me. Every time I tried that, my feet would come off the floor...
