    it's on my list of movies to one day watch (along with the Harry Potter series and maybe the twilight one...Definitely the Pirates of the Carribean movies ..got one watched! ) I just...not that into series ..

    kip Twilight. Even people I know who loved the books weren't happy with the movies. I never read the books, but my daughter made me watch the first two movies and then I saw them again for a girls' night thing and they were worse the second time. Boring, bad acting, bad story.

    The rest I highly recommend, though. Harry Potter is simply awesome -- books AND movies. And I've only seen one of the Pirates movies, but I did enjoy it. I'm not sure why I haven't watched the rest. Maybe because I saw the first one on a really bad date and I have PTSD.
