I drink about a bottle of wine a day. Should I cut back?

For some reason, when you say you drink a bottle, you sound like a lush. Just say you have about 3 or 4 glasses of wine. That just has a better ring to it. It's also less calories. :drinker:

    I'm going with this.

As someone who received this as a gift and was overjoyed: http://www.amazon.com/Pair-Extra-large-XL-Wine-Glasses/dp/B004QXT2L0/ref=pd_vtp_k_3, I would be tempted to say no, you shouldn't cut back. But, as someone who has grown her glass-a-night habit into a two-and-one-last-splash-a-night habit while also growing her bum, I should say yes, you should cut back.

I have, in all seriousness, been trying to cut back on my wine drinking, even though I love it. I'm starting to feel better for it in the mornings and hope it will show in the evenings soon. Really, too much wine isn't a good thing on your body. You might not be feeling it now, but you will, someday. Besides that, it's hella expensive!

On a serious note, I really do miss getting drunk. I used to get a good buzz on every night, but it was making me fat. Now I just rarely have room in my calorie goal for even one drink. Although on the plus side, my tolerance went way down.

    Make your own wine.

You'll drink it slower and savor it more. You can make mead at home very easily.

We're big wine fans in my house. Sometimes we center vacations around wine.

    You only live once, right?

Make wine popsicles. If it's cold it doesn't count as calories.

I couldn't do that..drink an entire bottle of wine. I'd be tempted to have two.

I think you should switch to Rum.

Only if it's getting in the way of your beer consumption or your golf game.

    Love it!

I personally don’t drink… But if I did my Doctor says it’s good to have a glass of wine a day. So just get a really, really big glass that will hold a bottles worth then you will be good to go.

Its like my daily ritual usually. After work I hit the gym, then shower up then dinner with wine...............and wine night cap afterwards. I know they say a glass of wine a day is good for your heart. Im averaging about a bottle of Merlot a night. Do you think I might be overdoing it a bit?

I do work out alot and take a daily multivitamin!

I fail to see the problem here :drinker:
