    Finishing out December strong! So far I've now made up all but one workout that I missed that first week of December.

    Hi everybody! First week for me but I've been logging my mins. and calories burned ever since I joined MFP. So am participating for the first time for this week.

    I'm in for 400 minutes and 70,000 steps a week. Still working on those last five pounds. Man! They just keep hangin' around.

    Tue: still sick; 2,254 total steps, .98 total miles...Not the way to spend Christmas!
