    I'm in for 400 minutes and 70,000 steps a week. Still working on those last five pounds. Man! They just keep hangin' around.

    Week # 2 -- 12/10 - 12/16 -- 343 total mins/72,486 total steps, 32.59 total miles
    Week # 3 -- 12/17 - 12/23 --261 total mins/54,565 total miles: 25.02 total miles (sick in bed three days)
    Week # 4 -- 12/24 -- 12/30

    Mon: sick; 3,135 total steps, 1.37 total miles
    Tue: still sick; 2,254 total steps, .98 total miles...Not the way to spend Christmas!
    Wed: 62 mins. walking, 4.04 miles (it's so cold!); 10,932 total steps, 5.48 total miles...feeling much better
    Thur: 112 mins. walking, 4.67 miles; 13,202 total steps, 5.77 total miles
