  • I'm in! My goal is, at the very least, 30 minutes a day! I have to have someone to hold myself accountable everyday and people to be interactive, so you will see my posts daily... maybe even several times a day!

    I'm in for 400 minutes and 70,000 steps a week. Still working on those last five pounds. Man! They just keep hangin' around.

  • Goal is doing an hour a day of cardio and whatever extra of strength So around 75 minutes a day

    Week #1: Monday December 3rd:

    I did 45 minutes of cardio, and 10 minutes of ab workouts. With the cardio I burned 660 calories.

    55 minutes down, 305 minutes to go for the week! (or more depending on what I can get down)

  • I did 30 minutes on my bike last night.... going from nothing to something really kicked my butt! But I'll get use to it and back into the swing of things!!
