    I'm going to keep my goal at 250 minutes per week for December. I thought about upping it, but December will be busy and I don't want to set myself up for discouragement and failure.

    I'm in for 400 minutes and 70,000 steps a week. Still working on those last five pounds. Man! They just keep hangin' around.

    I'm in! My goal is, at the very least, 30 minutes a day! I have to have someone to hold myself accountable everyday and people to be interactive, so you will see my posts daily... maybe even several times a day!
