Goal is doing an hour a day of cardio and whatever extra of strength So around 75 minutes a day
Week #1: Monday December 3rd:
I did 45 minutes of cardio, and 10 minutes of ab workouts. With the cardio I burned 660 calories.
55 minutes down, 305 minutes to go for the week! (or more depending on what I can get down)

I did 30 minutes on my bike last night.... going from nothing to something really kicked my butt! But I'll get use to it and back into the swing of things!!
