I started out looking like this ( :-( ) pics from sept 13, 2012:
and this...
and then I decided I didn't want to be fat just because I had a baby.
And that's when I started picking up heavy things.. and putting them down, and then doing it all over again.
And 2 months later I looked like this:
and this...
and this and this...
I'm not "there" yet... but I'm working on it.
(And yeah, that's a rocker in the background. MY baby hangs out and hollers at me while I workout some days... he's 6 months old.0 -

I started doing stronglifts almost 2 months ago - the time difference is a little less than a month - same weight, but have gone down a pants size and even those are getting baggy. Was wearing an 18/16 and am now in a 14 and could probably fit in some 12's right now.0

Between pic #2 and #3 was heavy lifting plus a calorie surplus. #3 and #4 was heavy lifting plus maintenance.
I forgot to take side pictures in Feb.

Great thread! I'm only 5 weeks into my heavy lifting program, so I don't have "after" pics yet. Good to see such amazing results!!0
