The one saying that drove me nuts was that stupid song "Where Have All The Cowboys Gone". All the cowboys disappeared because women decided they all wanted to be men. Guys want their women to be women. If I wanted an "equal", I'd hang out with my guy friends.I generally go for the girls that don't waste their time b****ing and moaning on internet forums about 'where have all the good men gone' because they have better things to do with their time, sex drive aside.

I find it offensive that you have divided girls up into good/nice and slut/skank.
I don't believe the terms slut and skank should be used for anyone. Women can find liberation covered up or revealing skin, in abstinence or many partners. It's an individual choice and no one else's business.
Sorry honey, but if you are sleeping with multiple guys you are devaluing the female gender as a whole. That is why other females get mad at you for it. By giving it away for free you train the males that there is always a woman willing to give it up so there is no need to stay faithful to any one female. Wow. The idea that sex is a currency is part of the entire reason why women are oppressed. It's why women get categorized as objects as opposed to people. Men aren't "considered a currency" because their sexual habits are not limited by social expectations. By allowing women to be free to do as they desire, they will actually gain value because they will be equals as opposed to objects. Ever watch those apocalypse movies they make? The first thing that happens is women become objects for trade. Why? Because there is less available in the market and the men are strong enough to control it. Freeing women from these kinds of names, allowing them to partake of whatever sexual choices they choose and legalizing prostitution are the steps necessary to be taken if women ever want any real chance at equality. Otherwise it will just be a bandaid there only to placate us and cut back our whining. Double standards and abused patriarchy are why women are in the social position that they are. I'm sorry you feel that it's better to lock a victim up than listen to her fight for justice.

Im a consumer. Not a product. When a man and woman have sex, they both have sex. One doesn't leave with a smaller inventory while the other leaves with an orgasm. -women being considered sluts if they try to have the same sexual freedom as men
-women being paid less for doing the same job as a man
-women being considered currency
-women being expected to have a certain stereotypical aesthetic appearance, then being trashed if they embrace it

Secondly, just because both members of a family unit do not work outside the home and bring home a 6-figure salary does not mean that one of them is less than human or provides less to the household than the other.
My statement simply meant that I don't want to be married to someone that works outside the home. I've got that taken care of. I want someone to take care of the "home front" while I finance the operation.

Being a feminist, an equalist, pro-feminism, pro-woman (whatever you want to label these particular values), is NOT an attack on housework and childrearing. The point is that these things should not be expectations and they should not be undervalued. In our society they are. Women should be able to make choices without external pressure (including feminist pressure); however, in our society it is usually expected that women should be the primary caregivers. And the role is also undervalued in terms of social status and financial recognition. The point is to get rid of these expected gender roles and make activities gender neutral and all valuable.0 -
