Excellent new modern Thai restaurant. Plaa salmon, Yum beef salad, minced tuna green curry, fried tofu nuggets with satay sauce.

Home made Thai green curry. Made from scratch.
Teriyaki glazed Salmon and roast asparagus, roast broccoli with brown rice.

Although with recent health issues. My meals will be changing.
Chicken parm, broccoli and spaghetti.
Applewood smoked steak, stir fry veg and noodles.
Chicken leek and ham pie.
Steak nachos.
Tomahawk steak, stuffed pepper, herb new pots and corn on cob.
Beef wellington.

Easy tapas dinner at home. Farinatas, Claudia Roden's Moroccan carrot salad, roast cherry tomatoes done in the air fryer, prosciutto, a little nduja.

Grilled baby gem lettuce with horseradish and yoghurt sauce. Messy looking chipolatas, burnt roast swede and potato dauphinoise.

Made shrimp and pork tenderloin okonomiyaki for dinner tonight with a side of cucumber salad. Everything totalled was under 400!

Shared starter of red pesto arancini. My main was sous vide lamb leg with celeriac purée, quince sauce, and creamed spouts. A shared side of sprout tops. Hubby had pumpkin and mushroom barley risotto.

Avocado and balsamic vinaigrette for one. Braised lamb shank, gratin dauphinois, braising liquid of red wine and mushrooms for two. This meal was mostly pulled out of the freezer.
